These terms apply when you use gobattuta.com or the GoBattuta app ("GoBattuta", "we", "us"), operated by GoBattuta. By using the site or making a booking you agree to them.
1. Our role
GoBattuta is a travel agent. Flights, hotels, cabs, activities and insurance are provided by airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and their own terms also apply to your booking. Holiday packages are arranged by GoBattuta using these suppliers.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to book. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
- Give accurate traveller details exactly as on the ID or passport used for travel. Name changes may not be possible or may cost extra.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. A convenience fee may apply and is shown before payment.
- Fares and room rates can change until a booking is confirmed. If the price changes before confirmation, we will ask you before charging the difference.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store full card details.
- For international holiday packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) applies as per Indian law and is shown at checkout.
4. Offers and coupons
Each offer has its own terms, shown on its offer page. Offers cannot be combined unless stated, may be withdrawn at any time, and are reversed if a booking is cancelled. We may cancel bookings made by misusing offers.
5. Travel documents
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, health requirements and ID for every traveller. We are not liable if travel is refused because of missing or invalid documents.
6. Changes and cancellations
Cancellations, changes and refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy and the supplier's rules.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, service quality or loss caused by suppliers, weather, strikes, government action or other events outside our control. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected booking.
8. Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, scrape it, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or copy our content without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
